The law is (1) I am always human (2) I am at the member level of what I’m occupied with & (3) at the T.U. level of the same. Obviously an atom cannot become conscious in me as an atom merely. Nor can I become conscious of an atom as a man merely. Nor as sun merely. I am part of the process by which SS knows its atomic constitution & governs it, & is affected by it.
