Card-C-20-10. DEH: But what about the sub-e [sub-electron] Presumably it is Nothing, but an essential & functional (Hegelian) nothing, like the centre of a rotating wheel.
Card-C-20-12 DEH: Your evolution is evolution of your appreciation of other monads. The more things are to you the more you are. The less things mean to you the less you are. The great man finds greatness & wonderfulness in the world.
Card-C-20-19. DH: Important point: monad is not for itself a monad. We recognise it as a subject of experience with its own perspective. The only way I can present myself to myself as a monad is by imagining myself as in the perspective of another monad… I realise it has a perspective in which I have a place, perhaps. Whatever can’t be thought of as a subject of experience can’t be thought of as real.
